1. Pilots reserving club aircraft meet minimum currency and endorsement requirements.
2. If an aircraft is not needed for the whole day please use the shared booking facility and add a booking note giving an approximate time when the glider is to be used so that other members are informed.
3. Booking the same aircraft for consecutive days, is not permitted, except under special circumstances.
4. Booking aircraft for competitions, or for extended time periods must be done through the CFI in writing or email, and approved by the Committee.
5. If you booked an aircraft and are not on the field for the morning briefing, the booking lapses and the first person on the field who expresses interest may take the booking.
6.  If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so before 7pm local time, 3 days prior to the booking date. Failure to do so will result in the equivalent of two hours flying time of the type of aircraft reserved being charged to your account. This does not apply if the day was declared a ‘no flying day’ due to bad weather or other unforseen circumstances.

The online booking system allows pilots to secure/share the use of a club aircraft for the day. This is especially beneficial for those that drive far distances to the club and need to plan ahead. Please be mindful that a reserved aircraft not flown denies another pilot the opportunity to enjoy a day of flying.
